PC as a Service (PCaaS)
Optimizing the PC lifecycle.
Date
2018 - 2019+
role
UX Design
Brief
Dell PC as a Service (PCaaS) simplifies PC lifecycle management by combining hardware, software, lifecycle services and financing into one all-encompassing solution – providing a single, predictable price per seat per month through Dell Financial Services.

At the start of this project, PCaaS was only offered to customers offline. This project is the launching of a self serving PCaaS offering on dell.com for small to medium businesses, 1 - 300 units, the first of its kind in the industry.

My team was tasked with providing the end to end experience from the learn page all the way to post purchase. My responsibilities included research, user flows, prototyping, and user testing. I worked mainly on the learn, browse, and shop pages.

Dell Leadership Site
Organizing 240+ Dell leadership profiles.
Date
2017
role
Lead Design
Brief
With the merging of Dell and EMC back in late 2016, the Dell Technologies leadership team grew substantially.

While there was already an executive leadership page for Dell Technologies, there was no page for the senior leadership team, L1 - L4. This project looked to organize both the executive and senior leadership profiles into one page on dell.com. The main goals for the project were to 1) make the profiles easy to find with filters, 2) make the page easy to navigate, and 3) feature spotlight stories from the company.

I was the lead designer for this project and worked closely with the business, engineering, and CMS teams to create the profiles, main page, and profile page.

role
UX Design
Brief
Dell and EMC merged to form Dell EMC and the parent company Dell Technologies back in September 2016.

Prior to the merger, Dell and EMC each had their own portals for their channel partner accounts. This project consolidated Dell and EMC's partner portals into one unified portal for Dell EMC.

My team was tasked with consolidating content, creating page templates for 23+ pages, and doing so all under the new Dell EMC style guide. I helped work on content structure, the page templates, and visual design.

Polaris - Responsive Dell.com
Redesigning and migrating dell.com to a responsive platform.
Date
2014 - 2016
role
UX Design
Brief
Polaris is the code name for dell.com's responsive vid and platform.

Prior to Polaris, dell.com pages were not responsive and outdated in many ways. I joined Dell while the experience team was in the process of migrating dell.com over to the new platform.

During the migration to Polaris, we sought to simplify the end to end shopping experience through lean ux practices. At some point, I touched on every page from home to cart and checkout.
